This was a good first attempt. You seemed really nervous so maybe next time do a practice or two before recording your actual speech (that always helps calm my nerves). Also, speak a little louder but your speaking was well paced.
Nice job overall with the volume, tone, and pace. The combination of those three factors benefitted your speech tremendously. Like Jordan said you seemed a little uncomfortable and maybe using some notes or just say your speech a couple of times before you film it. Your tone was not monotone and I found it to be pretty engaging but you kept looking around the room which made me somewhat distracted. Overall nice job and nice choice of topics.
I think the material behind what you are saying is very interesting. But make me want to hear it. I found myself feeling like you were bored about what you had to say. Otherwise, pace, tone, volume, and all that other stuff was fine.
