I'm with you! When I first moved here (17 years ago), I could get decent seats for $15 bucks. Now, I don't even think about taking my kids. I'm a huge sox fan, but I'm not willing to shell out $200 for a 3 hour game. I'll head out to Pawtucket or Brockton instead.
Nice work with this first speech. You've got tons of specific details, and this makes it clear that you know what you're taking about. We'll be working more on pitch and tone for the next speech. Here, you seem annoyed (a little) by the info you present, but you should come off as pissed (it seems to me), and you're certainly not that. If you want me to get up in arms (rather than simply be resigned to this reality, as I am), you'll need to rally the troops with fightin' words.
